The company LLC «Ekohim XXI century», (Russia) conducted installation visits in the countries of Central Asia.   As part of the negotiations, the company’s new chemical materials from the 2022 range of chemical reparators were presented for all leather production processes: wetting-degreasers, grease compositions, fillers, vegetable tanners, finishing materials,  as well   methods of CVP and finishing of shoe articles. Of particular interest to the partners were:

1. Methods using a combination of vegetable tankers extract «Mimosa» - «Mimosa RG», «Mimosa CR», «Mimtan AT-1», on the basis of which various shoe articles have been worked out: belt paint, thickness 3.5+; Krustt  with thicknesses of 1.-1.0 mm, 1.2.2 mm; Krast nappa by thickness: 1.0-1.2 mm, 1.3-1.5 mm.  The combination of these products gives a good filling and density of crast, fills up loose and outlet areas of cattle and MPC, promotes the production of fine-grained surface after splitting.

2. Demonstration of skin specimens using pre-dilution, dispersing and filling products based on plant extract, which can color the skin black - Mimosa extract: «Mimosa MS/B», Chestnut extract: «ChestnutCH/B», Quebraho extract: «QuebrachoAT/B», which allow in the methods to reduce the consumption of black dye.

3. Universal concentrated electrolyte-resistant greasing composition «CMX-E», which does not lighten color of colored leather and gives them softness.

4. «Eurosyntan RSN-40/1» is an acrylic polymer-based additive for different skin applications.

5. Finishing with the use of materials: universal compact «UK 31» for all kinds of skins, putty for manual application «Ecomix W», and a special additive for disguising defects of skins «Ecomix PM».

Based on the results of negotiations and presentations, LLC «Ekohim XXI century» has already received preliminary applications from partners for chemical reparations for testing of materials and methods.
